»Die Aura der Wörter« (The Aura of the Words, 2002) is a memorandum about the German spelling reform of 1996 by the author Reiner Kunze. According to Kunze, the spelling reform has caused severe damage to the German language. Based on that thought I have been working with different kinds of reflections in (public) space. As an example my interventions visualize the damaged aura of the words »Flusssenke«, »Anders Denkende« and »weit gehend«.
