Project Street Service started with a series of posters by my classmate Jose Hernandez. Jose wanted to post them around the Los Angeles area, particulary on Sunset Boulevard and all the famous Hollywood intersections. The posters should communicate certain social issues in the city of Hollywood, the epic center of media and culture. Walking around, we were also experimenting with how the surrounding could influence the posters’ message.
